Graduate Credit for NSELC Modules Through St. Francis Xavier University

Students enrolled in the Nova Scotia Educational Leadership Consortium Modules can use their participation in these modules towards a graduate credit in Education 543, Internship, in one of two ways: Â

Option A: Three Modules plus a short Synthesis Paper
In this option, students first complete any three NSELC Modules. Then they write a ten-page synthesis paper in which they assess the implications of these module learning for their ongoing work as an educational teacher. ÂÂ
Option B: Two Modules plus an Action Research Project
In this option, students:- Complete any two NSELC Modules.
- In consultation with an advisor, select a topic that relates to an issue from one of the modules and that has implications for their leadership practice.
- Engage in an action research project that explores their leadership practice.
- Upon completion of the action research project, produce a short written report to be shared with their advisor and disseminated to appropriate colleagues in their work site

State your interest in receiving credit for the NSELC Modules citing whether it is Option A or B. Evidence of completion of the required Modules will have to be faxed to Dr. Greenlaw.
